FedCon Consulting is made up of professionals, including former contracting officers, technical personnel, management personnel, and attorneys who have experience in assisting contractors to comply with the requirements of negotiated "best value" procurements.

Our consultants have all served on source selection boards for the government and they understand what separates a winning proposal from one that will be downgraded by the government's reviewers. In view of the relatively short time frame available to companies who utilize our services, we frequently recommend a team approach and we can devote as many people as necessary to get the job done.

Every proposal is different and every contractor has different needs. We frequently divide our services into phases and we offer ceiling prices for each phase so that costs can be controlled.
