Ed DeLisle is a partner in the law firm of Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC and is a member of the Federal Contracting Group. Over his twelve year tenure with the firm, he has concentrated his practice in the area of construction law and litigation.
Mr. DeLisle's federal contracting work, including, but not limited to, the many protests of which he's been a part, has provided him with a distinct understanding of the negotiated procurement process and the evaluation factors that represent the key to obtaining an award. This experience has been invaluable in not only aiding clients assemble proposals, but also critiquing proposals that were unsuccessful. Mr. DeLisle is currently the Chairperson of the Government Relations Committee of the Pennsylvania Utility Contractors Association and has been named a Pennsylvania Rising Star in the field of Construction Litigation for the years 2005-09.
