Skip Hubert is a well-known contracting consultant who provides senior management advisory services to leading American and foreign corporations. He was president and general manager for one of the largest heavy construction and marine contractors in the United States and previously served as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
As the New Orleans District's Deputy District Engineer, Mr. Hubert was responsible for directing and managing all of the office and field activities of the District. This included the design, construction and operation of major flood control, hurricane protection, and navigation structures in a three state region. Additionally, Mr. Hubert has also served as the contracting officer for more than 50 major construction projects.
