Brian Heverin is a civil engineer with more than 40 years of experience in the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, working in Civil Works, Military Construction, Superfund, and International and Environmental projects at the federal, state and local levels. His experience with the Corps of Engineers included all aspects of facility planning, new construction of large military structures, renovation and maintenance of existing facilities for the Army, Air Force and Department of Defense installations.

Facilities included: medical offices, housing, dining halls, clubs, fitness, recreation, entertainment, aircraft hangars, passenger terminals, petroleum tank farms and pipelines. Additionally, training and range facilities, aircraft and vehicle maintenance, flight simulators, water and wastewater treatment, transportation, and utilities, including power, heating and cooling, communications, water, storm water, and sanitary systems. Mr. Heverin served as an instructor for the Corps of Engineers in the areas of Commanders Course, A/E Contract Negotiations, Construction Contract Negotiation, Superfund Overview and on Source Selection Evaluation Boards for negotiated procurements.
