Bradley founded FEDCON with a straightforward belief: small businesses deserve the same shot at federal contracts as the industry giants. After years of watching talented entrepreneurs get shut out by a system they didn’t understand, he decided to build the bridge himself.
What started as one-on-one consulting sessions at a Tampa coffee shop grew into a full-service federal contracting advisory firm. Today, FEDCON guides hundreds of businesses through certifications, bid strategies, and government marketing—turning complex bureaucratic processes into clear, actionable roadmaps.
His mission hasn’t changed: level the playing field so that the best companies win, regardless of size.
